Coach's Bio's
Josh Lagasse (co-Head Coach)
Josh was born and raised in the Seattle area. He graduated from Kentridge High School in Kent, WA where he was First Team all SPSL in his Sophomore and Senior seasons. He played select baseball during High School for Chaffey Baseball Club out of Redmond, WA where he was a starting pitcher/closer from 1994-1996 and a key contributor for the 1995 team that started the season 43-0 (state record). He was drafted out of high school by the Seattle Mariners as a pitcher and briefly played in Rookie Ball in Peoria, AZ before attending the University of Washington to focus on academics.
Josh's coaching career started shortly after High School as a Pitching Coach in Senior Legion baseball for the Kentridge summer team. 2025 marks his 7th year coaching teams for Woodinville Little League, Maltby Pony and NorthEnd Nine. He views coaching as a way to "pay forward" all of the great instruction he received from coaches along his journey as a player. His passion is sharing his knowledge of the game to develop young men to be the best versions of themselves and push themselves beyond their perceived limitations. His coaching philosophy and organizational style are heavily based on his experience with Chaffey Baseball Club, where being a high achieving student and a responsible young man were core focuses of the organization in addition to being a great athlete.
